Neill Archer Roan leads the Roan Group, a strategic management and brand strategy consulting firm based in Washington, DC, with specialties in arts, entertainment, non profit management, professional practices, and cultural tourism.

Before moving to full time consulting, Neill held executive and senior management positions at Washington's Arena Stage, the Oregon Bach Festival, the California Center for the Arts, and the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, where his responsibilities ranged from programming, producing, public affairs, organizational development, advancement, policy development, facilities development, strategic planning, and administration.
