Technical Difficulties

A number of people have written or called to inquire about my well-being because it has been nearly two months since I posted on this blog. Thanks to everyone for your good wishes and concerns.

Truth is, I'm fine but my blogging platform stopped working due to server and software reconfigurations.

Thanks to Chris Kirby at Rackspace and Andrew Taylor of Artful Manager fame, my blogging functionality has been restored. Thank you both, gentlemen. Without you, I'd have been lost.

I'm delighted to make a vigorous re-entry with a post about our recently concluded engagement in Memphis, working on one of the biggest rebranding efforts we have ever undertaken. You will see it immediately below: The Birth of a Brand.

It's good to be back!
